Ministries

Pleasant Hill Community Church (PHCC) began back in the early 1950s as a pioneering Sunday School effort in a small schoolhouse amid the scattered new houses of a post-World War II housing development on the Northwest fringes of unincorporated Wheaton.

Much has changed in the nearly fifty years that have passed - the open, rolling fields
Train a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it.

Proverbs 22:6
have been replaced by a thriving residential area that today is home to thousands. And the little Sunday School long ago became a flourishing church. One thing that has not changed, however, is PHCC's commitment to helping families by teaching and training our children in the essentials of the Christian faith and bringing our youth into a fuller life through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Here are some of the current programs, activities and ministries PHCC offers:

Sunday Programs (All Ages)

Sunday School (children through adult), Nursery Services
Youth Ministries

Middle School, High School
Clubs and Groups

Pioneer Clubs, Groups (Fellowship, Bible Study), Choir
Missionary/Christian Worker Transitional Housing
